OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2. Eligibility

The Alberto Insurance $200 Gift Card Giveaway ("Giveaway") is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.
  • The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway begins on June 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM ET and ends on August 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET ("Promotion Period").

  • Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
  • The random drawing will occur on or about August 31, 2026.

4. How to Enter

Participants must complete the official Google Form provided by Sponsor during the Promotion Period.

Participants may enter using one (1) or more of the following methods:

Method A – Free Insurance Quote Entry

Participants may receive one (1) entry by requesting and completing a free, no-obligation auto or home insurance quote from Alberto Insurance. No purchase is required.

Method B – Valid Referral Entry

Participants may receive one (1) additional entry for each valid referral submitted through the official form.

  • The referred individual must complete a free insurance quote before the drawing date.
  • Referrals must be real individuals with accurate contact information.

Method C – Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

Participants may enter without a quote or referral by mailing a handwritten postcard including:

  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address

Postcard entries must be postmarked no later than August 20, 2026 and received before the drawing date.

Entry Limit

Participants may receive up to five (5) total entries during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, or automated entries.

5. Transparency and Drawing Process

Alberto Insurance is committed to a fair and transparent selection process.

  • Random Selection: The winner will be selected using a reputable third-party randomization tool or certified random drawing process.
  • Documentation: The selection process may be recorded or documented for transparency purposes and may be made available upon reasonable request.
  • Verification: Sponsor will maintain internal records of the drawing and selection process.

6. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $200 USD Gift Card.

Gift card options may include:

  • Amazon
  • Supermarket
  • Restaurant
  • Gas Station
  • Department Store

Gift card selection is subject to availability. No cash substitution or transfer is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

8. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor.

Sponsor will notify the winner within three (3) business days via phone and/or email.

If the winner:

  • Cannot be contacted;
  • Does not respond within seven (7) calendar days;
  • Is found ineligible; or
  • Fails to comply with these Official Rules;

The prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, including proof of identity and Florida residency.

9. Publicity Release and Image Consent

By participating, entrants consent to the use of their name, city, and likeness for promotional and marketing purposes.

The winner may be photographed or recorded during prize presentation. Such content may be used for advertising purposes across social media, websites, and marketing materials without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used for:

  • Giveaway administration
  • Processing insurance quotes
  • Marketing and customer service

Sponsor does not sell personal information to third parties.

By entering, participants consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text regarding insurance services. Participants may opt out at any time.

11. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants release Alberto Insurance and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical errors
  • Lost or delayed entries
  • System failures
  • Unauthorized intervention

12. Disputes and Governing Law

This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

13. Social Media Disclaimer

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other platform.

14. Acceptance of Rules

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all Sponsor decisions, which are final.
